Mango Chamoy Roll Ups

These absolutely irresistible homemade fruit roll-ups are a great adventurous snack. Sweet, tropical, with just the perfect amount of spice from our Vatsana’s Seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 4 large mangoes

  • 1/2 cup chamoy store-bought or homemade chamoy

  • 3 tbsp Vatsana’s Seasoning

Let's begin the adventure:

  1. Preheat oven to 170°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper

  2. Remove mango skins, then add pulp to a blender and puree until completely smooth on high for 1 minute.

  3. Pour about 1 ½ cups of puree onto each baking sheet. Use spatula to spread evenly.

  4. Add chamoy on top of mango puree.

  5. Bake until mango puree is completely dry to touch.

  6. Sprinkle Vatsana’s Seasoning

  7. Peel mango puree from the baking sheet & tear or cut into strips.

  8. Turn the strips into rolls on the parchment paper & enjoy Vatsana’s style!
