These Hawaiian Chicken Lettuce Wraps are the perfect blend of sweet and savory. It’s a great recipe that can be served either warm or cold and of course seasoned with Vatsana’s Seasoning.

Ingredients
Hawaiian Chicken Lettuce Wrap
1 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)
4 chicken breast
4 pineapple slices
4 large red onion slices
4 tbsp BBQ Sauce
8 butter lettuce leaves
3 cups coleslaw mix
1/4 cup ranch
splash of rice vinegar
5 tsp Vatsana’s Seasoning
BBQ Sauce
8 oz can tomato sauce
6 oz can tomato paste
7 dates
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup coconut aminos
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
Let's begin the adventure:
BBQ Sauce
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed for 30 seconds. Transfer sauce to a saucepan and heat over low heat until warm.
Add to the mason jar and store in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
Ranch Coleslaw
Add coleslaw mix along with ¼ cup ranch and a splash of white rice vinegar to a medium bowl. Mix together until well combined.
Chicken Wraps
Heat skillet over medium-high heat and preheat oven to 425F
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to the skillet. Place the chicken breast in the skillet and cook for 4 minutes on each side then transfer the skillet into the oven and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165F internal temperature. Remove skillet and set chicken aside.
Slice red onions and clean lettuce, Cut chicken into long pieces and coat with the BBQ sauce.
Add pineapple slices to the skillet and cook until desired.
To assemble lettuce wraps, start with a lettuce cup on the bottom, add chicken breast, ranch coleslaw, grilled pineapple, and red onion. Sprinkle in Vatsana's Seasoning and then top with another lettuce cup.
Serve warm or cold and enjoy Vatsana’s style!
